2016 Dan Buys mile. Great race and finally something indicative of my fitness and all the hard work that I have put in these last few months. Really excited heading into track now with some positive momentum for winter training. The race was pretty much evenly split as I just sat in third behind Nolan and Chris just trying to hold on. They both ran 4:18 which was awesome but once again my part 4 was just lacking a bit. I was super engaged and tried my best to hold on but my legs just didn't have it. This is the best process orientated race I have run at NCC and just lost myself and just tried to relax the whole time. Great day for the team and this weekend is going to be great. So much momentum.
