Oops. Definitely pressed a bit too much again, just like last week. Had some bathroom problems and thankfully did this workout on the river trail and had the bathroom right after I finished the first set so had an extra 2-3 min break between sets than planned as I released my bowels. Should probably listen to Dan and not be a dumbass right now.
