Okay workout today. Legs were definitely feeling the workout Monday and the lifting. Warmup was pretty steady, still feel like I wasn't opened up enough though. Hills were tough and not the best, it didn't help that the hill was pretty slick/muddy from all the rain. Did 6 hills mostly with Tanner, but he was running the downhills faster so he pulled away. Jonah came up on the 6th hill and we finished it off together. Did a fartlek again with Tanner after and that was okay as well. The first two ons weren't fast but I opened up the last two and felt better. Recovery now for Saturday.

Was wondering why this felt so much shittier than 2 weeks ago and I now realize after looking back at my log that last time I didn't workout on Monday and I didn't lift the day before either so that could explain feeling so much more tired.
