Same workout as last week but the coaches had us come inside. 600 was a little too fast for goal/date 1500 pace but I felt smooth the whole time. Took 800 jog then did the workout. Our first set was a little slow and the second set was all over the place with Runnion running a 50 and then Jasper running 44 on the next rep... 3rd set was smooth and even across the board and a good end to the workout. Taking this workout and learning what we need to do to get a better workout overall. Still a good day and felt great the whole time.
