Notes

8x500 at the park with the team. Decided to workout with them this morning. 3 min go's so decently short rest. Really about equal rest. The team looked pretty good considering Conference on Saturday was such a high so really using this week for them to recover and re-focus. I felt pretty strong this morning and worked with the guys and didn't push too much. Got the breathing up and hit that system for the first time since last Thursday morning since I race this Thursday afternoon. Wish I had my Garmin, but I feel this loop is pretty damn close to 500. Nice morning out, just under 50 degrees with little wind at all. I am excited to race again for the first time in awhile!
