Notes

Easy run solo after getting home from Chicago. 1st loop was really slow; I did it in like 16:24 then picked it up a tad on the next a little bit under 7:30 pace at the end. Felt okay, upper hamstrings were really sore from 2x20 SQUAT and 3x8 DEADLIFT. Also did 3x8 BENCH. Pretty happy that I got out for another run after not getting out last night.
