Solid LR this morning with the OE boys. Ran with Tan, Turner, Fluke, Casey, and Erik. The way out was pretty chill, we got to Metea at about 6:50 pace average. Took my gu with some water then started back. Me and Turner were in the front the whole time and we were talking for most of it so the run wasn't that bad. After WV though the last 3.5 miles or so seemed to drag on. Down Eola the last 2 miles or so I picked it up and our last mile was probably 6:10, maybe a little faster. It was a solid run and the guys looked good.
