Notes
Easy run this morning. Did a campus loop to get a little bit more mileage in before meeting Brady, Ethan, and Jaime. It was really fucking cold this morning to start but got better as the run went on. The roads were pretty shitty so that made the run slower but the run went by faster talking with them which was nice. Kind of a shitty week but oh well. Gonna get some work in these next 2 weeks. Gonna go to the Vaughn Center in the morning and do a track workout.
