Notes
Started off with a nice and easy 3.5 miles with Tanner and Nathaniel. Dropped him off and then Tan and I went over to Boulder Hill and ran randomly through there and got back to the house just under 8 miles and then he got on his bike and finished the run with me as I headed back out through BH and did a loop around Farmington Lakes and back. Built into the entire run nicely and had a nice pace the last couple of miles and finished strong and feeling relatively smooth, but the humidity did get to me a little at the end. Very solid run overall and just what I needed for this week's training.
