Out and back on the DRT as recovery from Saturday. Felt good going out but felt like shit coming back. My quads just felt dead. Did 5x1 on/off, jogged for a couple of minutes and then ran steady with the Freshman, around 6:10 pace. Felt pretty shitty sickness wise too, I just can't seem to kick this little colds.
