3x1 mile at a park in Oswego. Worked out with Chase. Park is pretty much exactly 800 which is sweet. 90 seconds rest after about 15 minute rest after the tempo, like usual. Ran in my Rival XC spike/flats which was a good idea because I needed to get my legs use to running in those again. Was in control the entire time and really just used this as a tune up for next week.
