Mile tempo, 4x200, mile tempo, 4x200 with 2 mins after the tempo and then walk/jog across the turf between 200s. With the boys this morning. Perfect workout for them coming off Conference on Saturday and tuning up for Friday. Got some volume in and some faster stuff to open up. Julian led the first mile and Louis led the first 800 of the second mile before I took over. I led all of the 200s. Felt pretty easy this morning which was a nice sign. Definitely could have done a third set for sure and possible a 4th but wanted to make sure I feel good for pacing on Friday.
