Notes

Easy warmup, 4 strides, and cooldown this morning with my group at camp this morning. Timed their workout so a little jogging back and forth between the cones. Claves were pretty sore again so it was nice to stay on the grass and jog easy. Got in the ice bath but stood up and got my calves/shins so hopefully that will help a little with the tightness/soreness. Tan also rolled them out and I stretched a good amount this morning. Will run the PM 20 mins (they may have 25 now) and then add on based on how I feel.
