Good Christmas run in the afternoon with Tanner. He only wanted 4 so we started the 5 mile loop and then I cut off at the river and ran up Boulder Hill around the Civic Center and then back down Boulder Hill Pass. Felt great and progressed after leaving Tan and my 8th mile was 5:55. No strides after, had to shower and get ready to leave for a family party.
