Notes
Had a recruit meeting at 11:30 on campus today and didn't get a run in before I left. Got back home at like 6:30 and was really tired, especially after sitting in traffic for an hour a half. Initially just said "fuck it, I'm not gonna run today" and then proceeded to lay in bed and eat Cheetos. After 30 mins, I got bored and got up and run. Initially my stomach didn't feel too good for obvious reasons. Ended up having a solid run. Ran with apple watch for music. 4 strides after.
