Pretty good run this morning. Went to bed pretty late last night so I slept in a little and ran didn't pay the price with the heat because it was really nice this morning, my favorite kind of weather. Ran with Paisley from my house and did the 3 mile out and back with him. Built into it and we started off at 7:24 and finished his run at 21:21. He was going to bike the 7 mile loop with me then so I could get 10 in today because I work tonight and won't double, plus the midnight run is tonight for the HSers and I'm probably going to go to that. So Paisley had to pump up his tires on his bike so I used that time to put my CEPs on because my calves were killing me. Was probably running 6.40s most of the 7 mile loop which was good.
