I was planning on doing a steady 3 mile warmup, 6x400 hill with jog back down, then a 2 mile fartlek but I felt so shitty that I stopped after the warmup. Been pretty stressed out all week so I kind of needed both a physical and mental break which I know will be beneficial in the long run. Mileage will be lower this week. (Probably right at 60) but that's not a big deal.
