1500 @ Wheaton. Okay race. 5 sec PR but my last 300 was supposedly 51... owie. I thought I closed the last 150 off well but the previous 150 must have been more rough than I remember. Zachdiz was behind me with 300 to go and caught Dan and ran 3:58 and there is no way I shouldn't have been able to go with. I also shouldn't have let Dan gap me by that much. I still have a lot to learn and grow in this race but it was a good step in the right direction after last week.
