Notes

Easy warmup with my group, then did their workout real quick of 1x4 hill loops. Hit it pretty hard and that was solid. Ran 8:07 but its more like 8:20 because Milner did not have a cone so everyone was cutting a little. Then did a longer cooldown. All on grass this morning so that was nice.
