Lol sad day when this is a progression run for me. But oh well. Life is stressful right now with a thousand different things going on and running has taken such a backseat. Hopefully I can continue to try and get on a better sleep schedule and start waking up earlier and running in the mornings. As for the run, ran with Tanner in some stupid humid conditions on the Gilman 6 mile loop. Sweat through my shorts during this which is crazy. Finished up with 2 strides.
