Okay race. Pretty much even split this 64-66-65. Got out to the 200 well but I expected the pace to be fast so I moved to the inside and got boxed. We literally started jogging it felt like for the next 600 until 400 to go. They started moving pretty hard at that point and I tried to stay in contact as much as I could. I felt if it had been a faster pace I would have ran at least 2 seconds faster. I wanted to go out in around 61-62 and then 2:07 ish. Justin ran okay and split a 51.x but then Mike fucked us with a 2:03 spit because he literally jogged the last 200. He fucked Charles and put him in no mans land by himself so he had nobody to run with. Team time of 10:42 is very disappointing. Milner was pissed, and rightfully so. Just got to move on from this. I think this race indicated though that a 4:25 1600 isn't out of the question for me this season.
