Pretty solid run today. We started off easy and built into it. On the way out my calves and shins were tight but felt better on the way back they felt better. The area that was bothering me felt a lot better. However, with compensation and my foot strike my back was tight. So Sinnott showed me some back stretches to do. Will roll out my calves and ice later tonight. Really want to run the 2 mile on Friday.
