Did a little bit different of a workout today. Did 6 hills, but did them all out and walked back down for recovery. The emphasis was the raw speed and leg strength you can get from sprinting all out up the hill. Definitely different than how we do hills in season so it was good to do something a little different and hit a different system. Really hard though. Also, my HR for this is definitely off. I was anaerobic af, especially the last two. I was getting that booty lock feeling like you do at the end of a 400/800. Great workout though and I gained a lot from this.
