Blackwell this afternoon. Did a short 10 minute warmup around 6 min pace before doing 4 hills. Felt pretty strong on the hill but definitely wanted to be conservative as it was my first hill workout back. Did a short fartlek after with Tanner too. Good day, felt strong. Definitely want to do a longer warmup and 6 hills and then another fartlek when we come back in 2 weeks.
