This was pretty good considering all the stuff we had yesterday and the MR today. Legs felt really shitty from the 10.5 yesterday + lifting so my quads and hammy's were dead. Not to mention the crazy heat; I also learned at work that there is a warning out because of the ozone that the sun is a lot stronger that it usually is. Still got the really hard effort in and won but I would have liked to have gone under 5 but it's whatever.
