I thought I was running @ 1 o'clock. Guess not. Almost missed my race. Didn't even warmup. I ran down, checked in, put my spikes on, and then did 2 strides and I was on the track. Don't know why I am running so poorly this year. Ran more than I ever have over the winter. Just ready for summer and CRA with Kern and the York guys. Running 1600 F/S on Thursday more than likely. Probably not running Sectionals for the 2nd fucking year in a row. Extremely frustrating.
