Started to do Cress Creek but about 12 minutes into the tempo I felt like complete shit so I stopped. I was cramping really bad, had a headache, and my legs were really tight. It was really warm today and I felt that, I did not hydrate at all because I was thrown off of my routine of not having classes today because of finals week and I had no finals week. After stopping the tempo I just jogged back to school really easy. This was a good wakeup call and I am glad it happened and now I am going to focus on getting some great training in over break to prepare for outdoors. Overall, this wasn't the worst thing because my legs were feeling pretty awful all of last week.
