Came back for the 800. Kept it smooth the whole time and treated this like a workout with the 4x400 later. Picked it up with 200 to go and finished decent. I wasn't straining at all and it was probably the easiest 2:05 I have ever run. Felt like a hard interval which is what the plan for coming in was.
