4-3-2-1 min pieces with 2x200 in between with the team this morning to tune up for Conference. I got rolled this morning. I led the tempo pieces and felt okay on those, but got dropped on every single 200 pretty much. Not a fun time at all. Felt so awful after not working out in a week and probably my diet/sleep being awful since Friday. Just so much stuff going on and with the quick trip to Colorado and all the stress emotions around that and a couple other things in life it finally caught up this morning. Still some decent work. I feel like the distances for the tempo pieces are pretty close. Team looked great though and we are in a great spot going into this weekend!
