6 x 2:30 on / 2:30 off on the indoor track with Evan and Julian. Wanted this workout to be quality so we went inside this morning instead of the LFT. Also had Evan join us as he was dealing with a hamstring/knee thing late last week and only ran yesterday for the first time in a couple days so we didn't want him to do the 8x400 workout, that would have been a little too intense. The odd numbered reps were in the opposite direction and the evens were in the correct direction on the track. Honestly, have no idea the real distances on these as my indoor function on my Garmin really isn't accurate at all when I run fast. But, we were probably around this pace averaged, more than likely even a touch faster but it doesn't matter. Aerobically felt good, but the legs are definitely a little tired after the LR yesterday. I just focused on running smooth and tapping into that feeling when it got a little hard and put myself into a race and focused. Evan and Julian both had pretty solid workouts, as did the rest of the team so that was good!!
