Notes

Run in the early afternoon. Did the 7 mile loop then added on a 2 mile loop. First mile was really slow in 7:15 and then picked it up from there. At the beginning of the run I felt awful but I ran the last two in 12:30 after dropping Tanner a little before 6 miles which was nice and I just cruised the rest of the run. Going to workout tomorrow morning, most likely a track workout. Its going to be a little colder but not that windy which will be nice.
