Easy run this afternoon solo with music. Cloudy and a touch windy by the time I got out the door to run. Ran to downtown Aurora again and then came back via the river trail through downtown Montgomery and back up the hill. My watch somehow deleted all the activities on my watch so it didn't upload to Strava/RA which sucks and I don't know why it happened but oh well. Chill run for the most part, had a 6:37 or so in there I remember in the middle I think on a mile that I came down a couple big downhills in downtown Aurora. Finished up with 4 strides.
