Wash U. Coming in my legs were still feeling pretty tight. I need to re-focus on being competitive in races and not focusing on time. I had a great outdoor season last year because I just focused on racing and trying to win/place as high as I could in every race. Went straight to the back basically and was never in the race. Once I got dropped I was just disappointed and didn't do much about. I felt like my legs were really tight and I had no energy but thats not an excuse for running this fucking poorly.
