Notes
Well I forgot to stop my watch and my time for all the intervals was lost so oh well, the time entered is probably accurate though. The workout was:
3x200 calibration (half the pace of the 400's last week so 33-34)
5x200 (3 float, 2 fast)
4x200 (2 float, 2 fast)
3x200 (1 float, 2 fast)
2x200 (Both fast)
Me and Chase messed up and didn't realize the difference between calibration/float so we didn't know about the first 3 and just thought it was 5, 4, 3, 2. But once we understood it we were good and we worked well together and had a really good workout. I liked this one a lot, and would like to do it again.
