10x500 with 90 seconds rest. Decent workout. Was hot and super dry so that kind of sucked. Also kind of windy which was weird but it wasn't that bad just enough that you could feel it working against you a little. The odds were probably a little bit faster as the evens were back the way we came up the hill. I was with Fluke for the first 3 or so then I pulled away midway through intervals 4-9 and finished those up ahead of everyone. Then on number 10 he came up and we ran together and he finished right ahead of me. This workout could of gone a lot better under the conditions and terrain as I only averaged a little over 5 minute pace but it was good because some courses we are running on this year are going to be like this and it's going to be hot for the first couple of meets as well.
