Was planning on doing a fartlek but I decided not to and just got a solid aerobic run in. My first 2 miles were like 7:20 and 7:00 but after that I was 6:40 or faster. Felt pretty good. Did the first 5 miles of the 7 mile loop before doing a loop around the Farmington lake and then ran down Douglas and back through the neighborhood. Stopped at 60 mins to poop real quick then finished up the last ten minutes.
