Dan Buys mile. Got okay position, a little boxed in behind Jake and Herrera. I should have put myself right behind Steve and Beaver as they ended up running around the time I wanted to but thats okay. I don't know my splits but I think I was around 63-64 and then 2:10-2:11 at the half, I am not quite sure because it was really loud; but that was the awesome part of the race having everyone there to cheer and support, it really helped out a lot and made for a great atmosphere. My part 4 for the final 400 wasn't the best and thats why I know I should have positioned myself a little higher up closer to Steve and Beaver. Really got to work on part 4 in my track races because that is a part that is really lacking right now. I think it comes down to strength and confidence. I have the speed to close, I just have to be able to use it both physically and mentally.
