Notes
Since I work the marathon expo tomorrow, I had to do my "long run" today. Got to St. James before the boys race early so I could get my run done. Ran over to Blackwell with Tanner and did a big loop and up the hill and back. Nice to run with just Tanner and talk. Humid as fuck out though.
