Notes

Solid LR this morning. Started off quicker than last week and built into the run. Felt tight pretty much the whole run but it wasn't too bad, I never felt overly fatigued which is surprising since I also couldn't fall asleep last night and slept for about 5 hours or so. Did Extended Cress Creek with a Plankys loop add on and then ran into reverse Wacky. The run went by pretty fast though which was nice and the group kept things a little more lively so that was enjoyable. Hips tightened up right at the end though.
