600, 400, 300, 200 float with 200 jog rest (1:51, 72, 51, 33) for an easy opener upper workout. Legs didn't feel that good from Monday but after today they will. Hamstring felt okay, it was manageable, a lot better than on the shakeout yesterday. Rolled and then got it stretched out in the trainers after then iced.
