Legs were tired and I didn't get out to the front. This was pretty bad and coach got really mad again. Fluke ran great and ran 4:49 solo. Coach said he took my spot, he deserves it the way I've ran my last two 1600's though. Kinda pissed though because I want my 4x800 spot back as Joe ran like 2:10 Saturday and I've ran two 2:08's the past two races. Was ready to run the 4x400 and redeem myself but lightning struck and we all left, pretty pissed; wanted to split like a 57 to make up for the shitty mile.
