Notes

3x(3x300) variation:

1st set: 100 fast, 200 float (49-50)

2nd set: 100 float, 100 fast, 100 float (47-48)

3rd set: 200 float, 100 fast (all 46.x I think)

Worked out with Bartell and felt pretty good. This workout you can't really start out hammering the first set with the first 100 too hard and have it hurt the rest of the workout so we built into this nicely with the last set being the fastest. Excited for Friday.
