3K Time Trial on the track this afternoon. I felt smooth the whole time, went out in around 4:48 I think. I just stayed smooth the last couple of laps and really didn't make any moves. I felt great finishing knowing that I have finally have got my legs back and have got some more momentum heading into the next two time trials and the whole team looked great today with a lot of great individual performances influenced by all the strong groups that we had out there.
