1200 TT. I wanted to run a quick time of around 3:08 or so but I didn't know how my legs were going to feel. They ended up feeling pretty bad. Luckily Tim hopped in and paced me through 800 in 2:08 and after that I was all alone. Last 300 was pretty shitty but this was still nonetheless a good effort which was the point of this. Looking forward to next week and hopefully getting the mile and an actual race.
