Notes

Good first part of the workout. Ran 10 seconds faster than last week so ran my fastest warmup again. Split 6:06, 5:19, 5:31 and 5:31 pace for the last part. Had a group of Beaver, Jonah, and Nate and that kind of broke up a little around the 2 mile as those 3 pulled away but I caught back up and finished with Nate ahead of Jonah. This felt a lot easier than last week too.
