Amea and Ayden both went with me tonight. Amea did 1 mi with me yesterday and they both wanted to go tonight. they did well for about 1.1 mi then it was like pushing them all up hill ... I was proud of them that they stuck with it and pushed themselves as hard as they could even towards the end. We just took our time and went slow. It was fun just to be out with both of them ... laughing and giggling about everything. NOTE TO SELF: dump them at 1 mile ;)
