Notes

Could not get the complete four miles in today. Had some extreme cramps in my lower abdomen that made me turn back sooner than I wanted to during my run. Besides my cramps, the rest of my body felt fine during the run. Legs felt strong and I was in a really good mood. I felt like jello after lifting today... Added more weight this week... Felt awesome to push through the weight lifting though.
