Core day 3

Ran big hill again. Yesterday and today. Legs nearly gave out at the top. I suppose I pushed too hard on the hill. Going down the hill was okay. Just had jello legs for the rest of the two and a half miles. Asthma is difficult to control lately... Got eight hours of sleep so I felt rested at the beginning, but now I am just exhausted...
