Notes
Core Day 1- Starting to get easier. Might bump up the reps for me next week.
Legs felt a little heavy today, but towards the end of my run, they loosened up a bit. Also, stretching them makes them feel a lot better. Right shoulder abnormally tight and been stretching that since yesterday. Did myrtle and pedestal, which I am getting better at doing. Gonna roll out and stretch a lot tonight.
