Core Day 1
Tried negative splits today.
Mile 1 - 8:05
Mile 2 - 8:00
Mile 3 - 7:55
Mile 4 - below 7:50
And went a little slow, I think, on the half mile part of the run.
Usually I don't do well with negative splits, but today was a good try I guess..
Body is still exhausted... Just feel fatigued and heavy all over.
